About the role

  • The Production Warehouse and Pre-Weigh Supervisor is responsible for managing personnel, materials, equipment, and all activities within the Production Warehouse, Pre-Weigh operations, and Sample Lab.
  • This role ensures alignment with business objectives by driving safety, quality, productivity, delivery, maintenance, and cost performance.

Responsibilities

  • Support EHS initiatives, including root cause analysis, risk identification, and corrective actions.
  • Maintain high standards of sanitation, hygiene, and cleanliness in all areas of responsibility.
  • Ensure shop floor documentation is completed accurately and on time to support traceability and production tracking.
  • Drive and participate in continuous improvement initiatives such as audits, Gemba walks, and risk identification programs.
  • Implement and sustain CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions), including training and process improvements, to reduce customer complaints and improve first-pass quality.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels within the production warehouse.
  • Maintain readiness of operations to support continuous production flow and shift-to-shift handover.

Requirements

  • Ensure required raw materials are transferred from the Raw Material Warehouse in a timely manner to support production.

  • SAP knowledge and experience.
  • Forklift certification or prior forklift operating experience.
