About the role
- Summary: Sun Sentinel, a subsidiary of Tribune Publishing, is hiring two part-time packagers to work in our warehouse!
- This is a day shift from 6:30am-3pm +/-.
- We bring you the stories that matter most, written without bias, so you can make informed decisions.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a feeding pace that is sufficient to maintain an uninterrupted operation at the inserter
Requirements
- Must be willing to submit and pass the necessary required checks
- Must be available for shift work.
- Produce correct odds as required
Nice to have
- 1-2 years of experience in a newspaper, warehouse, or factory packaging environment is preferred
- Open schedule flexibility
- Ability to stand for long hours (minimum of 2 hours)
- Capable of lifting heavy objects up to 50 lbs
