Responsibilities

  • Issue Triage & Resolution: Work closely with our engineering teams to triage incoming bugs and support tickets, providing them with initial findings and relevant information from your log analysis.
  • Feature Development: You will be introduced to bug fixing and the initial development of new features, helping to build out our products and solutions.
  • Collaborate and Document: Serve as a key link between our Quality Assurance, Operations, and and Engineering teams, ensuring seamless communication and a quick path to resolution.
  • Maintain clear and concise documentation of issues, findings, and resolutions in our knowledge base.
  • Eager to Learn: A genuine interest in software development and a strong desire to build a career in engineering.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • You have a natural curiosity and a passion for figuring out problems and getting to the root cause of an issue.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical issues to a variety of audiences.

Nice to have

  • Technical Skills: Some familiarity with programming languages (e.g., Python, C#, JavaScript) and a basic understanding of software systems is a plus.

Skills

  • Experience with Application Observability tools such as Splunk or Datadog.
  • Experience with Cloud Platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).

  • Alongside a salary of $76,240 - $95,300 (Depending on Experience), we offer a range of benefits including:
