About the role
- The STL serves as the primary interface between the Contractor and Government for security functions, ensuring high-quality performance, compliance, and continuous operational readiness.
- Demonstrated experience leading security operations across multiple domains (personnel, physical, information, and program security).
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee execution of all security tasks, including personnel security, physical security, SCIF operations, security programs, COOP, and assessments.
- Manage contractor personnel and subcontractors supporting security functions, ensuring performance aligns with PWS requirements and Government expectations.
- Establish and maintain processes to track performance, risks, issues, and compliance across all security activities.
- Support implementation and maintenance of security programs, including Industrial, Information, Personnel, and OPSEC/CUI security.
- Support development and execution of COOP planning, exercises, and continuity activities to ensure mission resilience.
- Ensure quality and efficiency of all contractor security support activities and continuous improvement of processes and performance.
- Proven ability to identify risks, manage issues, and ensure compliance across complex operational environments.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of DoD, Air Force, and federal security policies, regulations, and compliance frameworks.
- Ensure timely development and submission of required reports, deliverables, and documentation supporting security operations.
- What You Need to Succeed (Minimum Requirements):
- Minimum of three years of experience managing a security program of similar size and complexity.
Nice to have
- Experience managing inspection programs, security assessments, and corrective action tracking processes.

- $150k-$170k
