Organize and support internal meetings, including preparing agendas, gathering supporting materials, capturing notes, tracking outcomes and action steps.
Provide key proactive executive administrative support to the SVP, Global Retail & Licensing of Ceremony of Roses - anticipate needs, follow-through on all details and handle all confidential situations with discretion.
Manage domestic and international travel schedules for the SVP, Global Retail & Licensing of Ceremony of Roses.
Maintain shared documents, workflow communication, execution follow-up. Provide coordination support on cross-functional initiatives.
Support preparation of presentations, strategic discussions, and artist management meeting utilizing MS Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Minimum 5+ years of executive assistant experience supporting a senior-level executive in a fast-paced organization.
Strong knowledge of and experience with Microsoft Office Programs (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) across Mac and PC environments
