Responsibilities
- Perform project management duties and oversee structural analysis, design, and detailing on a variety of projects.
- Collaborate with the architect, owner, and contractor to provide a well-coordinated and high-quality set of structural drawings.
- Lead a team of engineers, designers, and drafters to execute structural designs.
- Meet with the project team to ensure effective communication flow during design.
- Ability to build and maintain a strong team of professionals and support staff within a cooperative multidiscipline office performing at a high level of satisfaction to clients.

- Our offices provide several engineering discipline services, which work together collaboratively to provide complete engineering design packages.
Requirements
- Experience with the latest release of Autodesk Revit design tools.
Nice to have
- Master's degree in structural engineering preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience with the structural design of buildings or similar structures.
- Licensed California Civil (PE) required.
- Licensed California Structural Engineer (SE) preferred.
- 47 years in business
- Multi-discipline engineering services plus corrosion control, commissioning and project/construction management

Skills
- Experience with structural computer analysis software systems.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Bluebeam.
- Excellent leadership, supervisory, and writing and verbal communication skills.
- Possess strong critical thinking, organizational, and analytical abilities.
- Excellent verbal, written, organizational, and time management skills.
Compensation
- $95,000.00 to $140,000.00, depending on education, experience, and licensure.
- Paid overtime at 1.0 times hourly rate.
