About the role

Create and produce daily entertainment content optimized for social and digital platforms, with a focus on speed, relevance, and engagement.
Deliver content across multiple platforms, including social, streaming, and broadcast, with the ability to adapt format, pacing, and voice for each platform.
Actively engage with audiences on social platforms, using voice, personality, and interaction to build connection and community.
Create, publish, and amplify original content on social media, including self-shot, behind-the-scenes, and real-time updates.
Collaborate with creative and digital teams to optimize content for reach, retention, and shareability.
Support promotional activities, including station events, community appearances, and special programming.
Proven ability to ad-lib, improvise, and perform effectively under tight deadlines and in live or near-live environments.

Minimum 5 years of on-air experience in television, digital, or multi-platform environments.
Experience covering entertainment news, pop culture, or lifestyle content.
Experience presenting across multiple platforms, including television, digital, and social media.

Collaborate closely with producers, contributors, co-hosts, and digital teams to develop multi-platform content strategies and daily coverage plans.
Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
