- The associate will join a national practice of securities lawyers who serve as regular outside counsel to more than 100 public company clients across a broad range of industries, from newly public to many S&P 500 companies.
- The expected base salary range for this role is $235,000 to $260,000 per year.

Requirements
- Candidates for lawyer opportunities in the U.S. must have a law degree from an ABA-accredited law school and be a member of the Bar in the United States.
