About the role

This is a paid internship and the i ntern will assist lawyers in transactional, litigation and corporate matters.
Interns wil l work in person 1 - 2 days per week from the NYC office and re motely for approxi mately 15-20 hou rs/ week.

Sony Corporation of America ("SCA") is seeking a Fall 202 6 law student intern to support the Legal, Et hics & Trust Department.

Candidate must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Ability to work independently and follow through on tasks until they are completed
Must be enrolled in an ABA accredited law school
If applicant is seeking course credit, such applicant must be enrolled in an ABA accredited law school internship/externship or clinical program

Minimum of 3. 0 GPA
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
