As the Engineering Manager, you will a ct as a leader and technical expert for our products making use of a proven track record in the stated technical area.
Act as a go-to function within Engineering for Production and Procurement with the ability to remove roadblocks and ensure common goals are achieved.
What you'll bring: Bachelor or Master of S cience in M echanical engineering or similar.

Bachelor or Master of S cience in M echanical engineering or similar.
Long-term professional experience in combustion engine development with substantial experience in new product development and leading cross-functional projects.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (German is a plus), with the ability to influence, present key information and engage in discussions with senior management.
Strong interpersonal skills with team player mentality.
Ability to interact smoothly at all levels of the orga nization.

Effectively communicate and provide recommendations through the analysis, prepa ration and presen tation of technical data to internal and external INNIO customers.
