Compensation
- $150,000 to $250,000 plus meaningful founding equity
- $200,000 to $400,000

- 4+ years hands-on SAP engineering (most leads will have 6-10+), with strong ABAP and ABAP OO / modern ABAP skills

- Solid NetWeaver fundamentals: AS ABAP, Gateway/OData provisioning, transport strategy, performance tuning
- Hands on use of AI tools with clear ideas for applying AI to development, testing, data, and support
- Ownership mentality, crisp communication, comfortable deciding with 80 percent information
- Move fast without breaking things, not afraid to learn new stacks, bring a we will figure it out attitude
- Direct product and company impact with minimal bureaucracy
- High bar for craft, velocity, and pragmatic shipping
- Total compensation: $200,000 to $400,000
- Base salary: $150,000 to $250,000 plus meaningful founding equity
