Associates who demonstrate strong judgment and research instincts move into full-time roles with equity.
1-7 years of professional experience in consulting, banking, expert networks, equity research, or a related analytical field
A strong quantitative and analytical foundation.

conducting expert interviews, building company analyses, synthesizing primary research findings, and helping produce the reports that drive investment committee decisions on Series A+ companies.
This is a contract role designed as a pipeline to permanent positions.
We're building the team fast, and this structure lets both sides evaluate fit before making long-term commitments.
You'll work alongside Sector Leads and report to our Founding CRO (ex-McKinsey, ex-Growth Investor).
The CEO is a former BCG Managing Director & Partner.

Experience with primary research - you've talked to customers, competitors, or experts to build a view, not just pulled data from a terminal

Clear communication skills. You can synthesize complexity into something a decision-maker can act on
