Establish and maintain baselines for hardware and software configurations.
Implement change control processes, including the evaluation and processing of Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs) and participation in change control boards.
Utilize Product Life Cycle Management tools, such as Oracle Agile, to manage configuration items and track changes.
Create, control, and revise the bill of materials structure for hardware configurations.
Maintain accurate status accounting and conduct reviews such as Preliminary Design Reviews (PDR), Critical Design Reviews (CDR), System Requirements Reviews (SRR), and Test Readiness Reviews (TRR).

Two years of experience in data or hardware and/or software configuration management.
Working knowledge of establishing and maintaining baselines, change control processes (ECPs, change boards), configuration audits, status accounting, and reviews (PDR, CDR, SRR, TRR).
Familiarity with Product Life Cycle Management tools such as Oracle Agile and Requirements Management Tools like IBM DOORS.
Experience in hardware configuration management, including bill of materials creation, control, and revision.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings to understand configuration requirements.
Proficiency in generating and/or assisting in the development of Configuration Management plans, processes, and procedures.
Knowledge of industry best practices, Military standards, and CMMI related to data/configuration management.
You should have a working knowledge of Product Life Cycle Management tools like Oracle Agile or similar and Requirements Management Tools such as DOORS.
Experience with hardware configuration management, including bill of materials creation and control, as well as the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, is highly desirable.
Familiarity with generating and/or assisting in the development of CM plans, processes, and procedures is also important.

Experience with computer-aided design software like AutoCAD or SolidWorks is a plus.
Specialized knowledge of radar systems and equipment is a plus.
