Requirements

  • Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in building maintenance, skilled trades, facilities operations, or related field
  • Experience with CMMS systems, email, and standard computer software

  • High school diploma or equivalency
  • Leadership experience such as lead worker, crew leader, trainer, or acting supervisor
  • Experience working with multiple building systems and maintenance practices
  • Valid driver's license in good standings

Nice to have

  • Technical certificate, apprenticeship, or associate degree in a related field
  • Trade license or certification (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc.).
  • OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification.
  • Experience supervising multi-trade work crews

  • Strong troubleshooting and decision-making skills
  • Ability to read plans, schematics, and technical documents
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • knowledge of multiple building systems and maintenance practices
  • Ability to use CMMS systems, email, and standard computer software

Compensation

  • $56,123 - $63,138; Commensurate with education and experience
