About the role

As a Barback, you'll play an essential role in keeping the bar organized, well-stocked, and running smoothly, ensuring our bartenders can focus on delivering excellent service.

Prep and maintain bar production items including purees, juices and fruit garnishes.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including bar tops, equipment, and storage.
Help deliver drinks and provide assistance to guests when needed.
Fixins is looking for an enthusiastic and dependable Barback to support our bar team in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume bar environment.
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
Must have or be willing to obtain Food Handler's Card and Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) Certification if required by law (Certifications differ per state).
Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
Positive, team-oriented attitude with excellent communication skills.
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
