About the role
- Reporting to our Vice President of MiLB Marketing, you'll be the driving force behind MiLB's expanding suite of national programming, commercial activation, and fan engagement efforts.

Responsibilities
- Support the integration of the MiLB brand across all League assets, departments, and communications as needed
- Lead Brand Insights for MiLB, partnering with MLB Strategy, Marketing, and external partners to translate fan data into actionable insights
- Advance our Performance Media strategy and own project management of all national and localized media programs
- Support the Vice President, Marketing in identification and expansion of commercial opportunities across MiLB
- Collaborate cross functionally with groups including MiLB Club Services, Business Operations, Ticketing, Events, Partnerships, and Design on League-wide initiatives
- Drive the Business: You will take action against strategic priorities for the MiLB Marketing department, readjusting as business demands change.
- People First: You will be responsible for building trusted relationships with teams across MLB and MiLB in service of departmental priorities and shared business goals.
- Be experienced in navigating highly matrixed organizations to introduce and implement process and structure where none may have existed before
- Have demonstrated experience in both creating a strategy and serving as the executional lead in its implementation
- Maintain a solutions-oriented mindset with a proven track record of innovation and success
Requirements
- This requires a deep understanding of the P&L and a commitment to prioritizing revenue and demand generation, balancing a long-term mindset with the ability to tackle short-term priorities
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field or study required
- Master of Business Administration preferred
- A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a mid-to-senior level marketing position
- experience in the sports and/or entertainment industry is a plus
- Hispanic/Latino and multicultural marketing experience preferred
- Bilingual Spanish is strongly preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite required
- advanced knowledge of MS Power Point and Excel preferred
Compensation
- $110,000 - $125,000 (Base Salary) + Bonus
- As a candidate for this position, your salary and related aspects of compensation will be contingent upon your work experience, education, skills, and any other factors MLB considers relevant to the hiring decision.
