About the role
- We provide the necessary tools and technology to ensure seamless productivity, whether you're working from home or the office.
- Employee will be in an office environment (well-lighted, heated, and air-conditioned) typically stationed at a desk or table.
- Employee will be asked to sit and stand for various increments of time, and to lift/push up 10 lbs.
Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain Workday system settings, security roles, and business processes aligned to evolving business needs
- Design, build, and maintain advanced Workday reports and dashboards that drive decision-making
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) efforts for system updates, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and minimal disruption
- Identify and implement process improvements that increase efficiency, data accuracy, and user experience
- This role requires a highly detail-oriented, analytical professional who can own system accuracy, troubleshoot complex issues, and proactively improve HR processes through technology.
- This individual will serve as a key technical partner to HR and business stakeholders, ensuring that Workday is configured, maintained, and continuously enhanced to support operational excellence.
- Partner with HR and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable system solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 4+ years of hands-on HRIS experience with Workday, including configuration and reporting
- Demonstrated experience troubleshooting system issues and performing root-cause analysis
- Strong understanding of HR data structures and system integrations
- To perform this job successfully, the employee must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily.
- All employees must be able to communicate face to face or through technology with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Clerical office duties on various forms of technology are required.
