About the role
- You will oversee the delivery of employee lifecycle processes, specifically offboarding & RIF and Workday transactions managed by both onshore and offshore teams.
- The role also involves coaching the team, driving process improvements, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure seamless HR operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support the HR service delivery team in resolving HR queries, offboarding and RIF within SLA, ensuring quality and consistency in responses.
- Maintain and update process documentation
- Provide hands-on support during resource gaps and ensure end-to-end process knowledge.
- Conduct regular team meetings, share updates, and encourage open fair communication. Build trust in leadership, enable great engage score.
- Develop and implement training programs focused on HR processes and query resolution.
- Liaise with stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of HR processes and alignment with business needs. Proactive approach to learn trend and manage risk.
- Maintain and update process documentation; ensure team adherence to updated procedures.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement initiatives to simplify and automate HR processes, enhancing service delivery and employee experience.
- Collaborate with People Operations and other stakeholders to streamline processes and drive service excellence.
