Requirements
- You have excellent technical depth across modern AI systems and a strong intuition for where the market is headed.
- You're equally comfortable in a whiteboard session with senior engineers as you are in a room with client executives.
- You are credible, pragmatic, and persuasive.
Skills
- Establish and scale internal training programs and certification pathways.
- Ensure internal teams have access to best-in-class tools, documentation, reference implementations, and accelerators.
- Help embed AI expectations into roles, performance criteria, delivery standards, and career development pathways.
