About the role
- Hollywood, MD Aether Aerospace has a contract to provide sustainment services for the VENOM Autonomy Kit (VAK) on six F-16C aircraft at Eglin AFB.
- The proposed salary range for this position is $120,000.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with logistics personnel to track, maintain, and order spare components.
Requirements
- Ability to obtain clearance.
- 10+ years of aircraft maintenance experience, including military aircraft.
- Direct experience with F‑16 modification programs or other fighters/USAF platforms.
- Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings, technical orders, and OEM manuals.
- Experience in work planning and cross‑functional collaboration.
- U.S. citizenship and ability to meet USAF facility access/security requirements.
- This role requires extensive experience with military aircraft maintenance and a proven background supervising teams performing complex maintenance activities.
- Years of Experience: 10+ years of aircraft maintenance experience, including military aircraft.
Nice to have
- Prior USAF aircraft maintenance experience.
- Experience supervising teams of mechanics in a military or aerospace environment.
- Experience coordinating with quality assurance, engineering, and customer representatives.
- Certifications in safety, equal opportunity, records management, and aircraft systems.

Compensation
- The proposed salary range for this position is $120,000.
