Requirements
- Ability to translate complex workflows and user needs into clear, actionable product documentation
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar
- Experience with B2B SaaS platforms; familiarity with marketplace, supply-side, or partner-facing products is a strong plus
- Demonstrated ability to scope and deliver in ambiguous environments - including re-platforming work, market expansion, or early-stage product development
Nice to have
- Communicate product decisions, tradeoffs, and progress effectively to internal and external audiences
- 3-5 years of product management experience, with a track record of owning a product area end-to-end
- Experience with B2B SaaS platforms
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience navigating enterprise customer relationships and balancing customer-specific requests against platform-level thinking
- Interest in renewable energy, energy markets, or sustainability (prior experience is a plus but not required)
Compensation
- The estimated compensation for this position is $96,000 - $130,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
