About the role

  • Provide software documentation and demonstration for technical and non-technical audiences

Responsibilities

  • You'll work closely with our product and engineering team to build robust backend systems that provide smart, quick, and innovative experiences to our end users.
  • Develop and test very complex software solutions with minimal direction
  • Lead software support, incident resolution and blameless reviews
  • Develop code modules and patterns useful within the team
  • Conduct exploratory or experimental work to develop prototypes
  • Guide code and design reviews for the team

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience developing production-ready web applications
  • Strong understanding of modern JavaScript and TypeScript
  • Proficiency in SQL databases such as Postgres
  • Experience with test-driven development, including unit and end-to-end testing
  • Comfort in a fast-paced and cross-functional startup environment
  • Experience utilizing AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar.
  • You enjoy using AI to boost productivity, improve code quality, or streamline development workflows.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools and workflows
  • Experience with Elasticsearch
  • Knowledge of React, React Router, and component libraries like Material UI
