About the role

  • The Special Projects Associate triages internal and external requests related to the Foundation for OWJC to prioritize them with respect to the priorities, responsibilities, organization-wide goals and deadlines.
  • This role is eligible for overtim e pay.
  • This range is based on NYC market rates and may be adjusted if you will be working remotely.

Responsibilities

  • Support logistics, material preparation and file
  • As assigned, manage special projects on behalf of OWJC
  • Performs advance work for OWJC travel on behalf of Foundation

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree required
  • High level of diplomacy required with the ability to manage relationships in a positive manner
  • Ability to proactively see a project through to completion including coordinating with peer colleagues

Nice to have

  • Administrative experience working for a senior leader preferred

Compensation

  • Our best estimate of the compensation range for this opportunity is $50 - 55 K annually, depending on the experience you bring.
  • This role is eligible for overtim e pay.
