About the role
- In this role, you'll be a key member of our Land O'Lakes, Inc. warehousing team, performing front-line processes that ensure successful delivery of final products.
- You'll gain skills and experience in warehouse operations including coordinating inbound/outbound deliveries, packing/loading final products using a forklift, assisting with cycle counts, and organizing areas of the warehouse.
- You'll operate daily on a forklift and use other plant machinery and equipment as needed.

Skills
- Must be 18 years or older
- 1 year of work experience in any industry
- Basic computer and math skills
- Able to read, write, comprehend, follow verbal and written instructions
- Willingness to learn new skills, problem-solve and troubleshoot
- Strong collaboration, communication skills, and is always respectful
- Be able to qualify for driving tractor trailers
- Preferred Experience:
- 1+ year of warehousing work experience
- Forklift experience
- Commercial driving experience
- 3rd Shift; 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM; Weekends/Overtime/Holidays as needed.
Compensation
- $26.40 per hour plus Shift Differential: $1.00 per hour (if applicable)
