People Operations Associate About TriEdge Investments TriEdge Investments is a family office and technology company based in New York.
We make concentrated investments in a few companies.
We also incubate technology companies to solve the problems our investment team observes in our portfolio companies.

Manage the unemployment claims process, working with external vendors and ensuring timely documentation and responses
Maintain and update the employee handbook, people policies, and internal documentation to ensure ongoing compliance
Own administration of HR systems and tools (HRIS, ATS, payroll/PEO platforms), ensuring data accuracy and process documentation
Partner with the People Analyst on people reporting and analytics, supporting headcount reporting, turnover metrics, and workforce insights
Own people-related projects across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, audits, and compliance initiatives
Strong attention to detail with a love for building clean, scalable processes

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
5 years of relevant experience in HR, People Operations, or related administrative/operations roles (internships or contract experience welcomed)
High integrity with the ability to handle sensitive employee information with discretion and professionalism
Self-identifying as a numbers/data person; Excel/Google Sheets proficiency preferred

The annual base salary range for this position is $110,000 - $130,000, which does not include discretionary bonus compensation or our comprehensive benefits package.
Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things This role is eligible for an annual performance bonus.

Manage day-to-day PEO operations, serving as a key point of contact for employee record changes, benefits, payroll processing, and compliance matters
Support new company/entity setup, including coordination with legal, finance, payroll, and benefits providers
Support employee equity issuance processes, including onboarding coordination with legal, cap table providers, and internal stakeholders
Support international expansion projects, including coordination with external advisors on employment setup, payroll, and benefits in new geographies
Exposure to or interest in benefits administration, PEO models, and HR systems
