About the role

Design and develop software components that support Ericsson's 5G radio access network solutions.
Collaborate with global, cross-functional teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
Learn through collaborative design discussions, code reviews, and knowledge sharing.
Support continuous improvement efforts that enhance product quality and customer experience.
Familiarity with concepts such as multithreading, concurrent programming, or software design principles.
This leads to a total company contribution potential of 6%.

Experience with or exposure to C/C++ programming through coursework, internships, personal projects, co-op terms, or professional experience.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Interest in embedded software development and systems programming.
Curiosity about wireless communications and mobile network technologies.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
A growth mindset and willingness to learn from others.
Nice to Have Coursework, projects, or experience involving wireless communications, networking, or telecommunications.
Exposure to cloud-native technologies, containers, or distributed systems.
Interest in AI/ML applications within telecommunications and networking.
Familiarity with 3GPP standards or cellular technologies.
