About the role
- Hivemapper is a decentralized global map data network built by 10s of thousands of mapping devices.
- High-res sensors like RGB, Stereo Depth, GNSS, IMU, etc. feed sensor fusion and ML models at the edge.
- Data is automatically uploaded in near realtime over LTE or WiFi.
Requirements
- Experience with embedded sensor solutions
- Hands-on Linux OS development experience for embedded systems (we use Yocto)
- Proficiency in C or C++ and at least one of Python, Typescript, Node.JS, OpenVINO, or Go
- Solid understanding of map data sensor platforms - RGB, global shutter stereo depth, GNSS, IMUs, etc.
