About the role

  • Growth Path: Structured as a Scheduler I with clear advancement to Senior Scheduler or Project Controls roles.
  • Evaluate weekly/monthly schedule updates, draft executive narratives and present insights to leadership.
  • Analyze time impacts, assess recovery schedules, and recommend mitigation strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Craft and maintain detailed project and program schedules aligned with overarching master programs.
  • Update and validate monthly master schedules with the Project Team.
  • Review and validate contractor schedules against contractual norms and industry standards.
  • Deliver monthly Schedule Variance Reports highlighting deviations and recommending corrective actions.
  • Develop cost-loaded schedules for accurate cash-flow forecasting; monitor actual vs. forecasted costs.
  • Partner with the Lead Scheduler, Project Managers, and Engineers to update schedules collaboratively.
  • Offer scheduling support across the project team as needed.
  • Work closely with construction teams, management, and stakeholders-your insights drive decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead schedule analysis and present findings to senior leadership.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Primavera P6 (or equivalent) and Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Business, or related
  • Familiarity with cost-loaded scheduling and financial forecast tracking.

Nice to have

  • Preferred: Experience reviewing contract schedules for compliance.
