This role offers the opportunity to lead critical site activation activities that support the successful delivery of clinical trials.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, clients, and research stakeholders to solve challenges and improve processes.

4-7 years of experience in clinical research operations, including leadership of site activation activities.
Proven experience managing clinical trial start-up processes, timelines, and activation teams.
Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, study site operations, investigator relationships, and clinical trial workflows.
Experience working with clinical trial systems such as CTMS, EDC, IXRS, and TMF platforms.
Strong knowledge of GCP guidelines and clinical research regulations.
Provide subject matter expertise on study start-up processes, best practices, and operational improvements.

Additional training or certifications in clinical operations or project management are a plus.
