About the role
- We are seeking a dependable and service-oriented Inside Customer Service Representative to join our team in our busy landscape supply store.
- This position plays a key role in supporting daily operations by assisting customers in person, over the phone, and through email.
- As the first point of contact for many of our customers, this role requires professionalism, accuracy, and a commitment to delivering an excellent customer experience.
