This role has an annual salary range of $80,000 to $100,000.

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including crafting compelling job postings, sourcing top talent, conducting screenings, facilitating the selection process, and overseeing offer negotiations to ensure a seamless hiring experience.
Develop effective sourcing strategies and proactively build strong talent pipelines to fill current and future hiring needs.
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide guidance on market trends and best hiring practices.
Participate in recruitment events to drive awareness around the company's career opportunities.
Track key recruitment metrics to measure hiring effectiveness and optimize processes.
Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Experience working with recruitment software, including LinkedIn Recruiter and Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse preferred but not required).

Employee compensation is reviewed regularly through formal performance reviews and check-ins to ensure alignment with role expectations and impact.
5+ years of talent acquisition experience working in a high-volume recruitment environment.
A deep understanding of the marketing and tech industries, with a strong preference for experience in marketing agency environments.
Experience working with recruitment software, including LinkedIn Recruiter and Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse preferred but not required).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders at all levels.
