About the role

  • Avocado is currently looking for a Retail Brand Experience Store Manager to be part of our team in Pasadena, CA!
  • Note on Location: You will be working on-site at our location in Pasadena, CA.
  • The salary or hourly rate range may be inclusive of several levels that would be applicable to the position.

Responsibilities

  • Create, report, drive and track KPIs / OKRs around sales goals.
  • Collaborate with teams such as customer experience, production, and logistics in order to maintain a low return rate
  • Manage the overall condition of our showroom.
  • Manage inventory of sellable products across all channels.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of retail experience, including retail / store management experience (e.g. at least keyholder) and experience managing store employees.
  • Experience in creating, reporting, and tracking KPIs / OKRs around sales goals.
  • The ability to remain in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods.
  • The ability to execute repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers
  • Ability to adjust or move objects up to 50 pounds in all directions.
  • Ability to lift 200 lbs. and be on your feet all day.
  • Invested in creating a balanced and healthy environment for staff and guests.
  • A team player who actively contributes to the team in order to complete tasks, meet goals or manage projects.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit to elevate your specific location.
  • Regular and predictable attendance.
  • Mobility: The ability to remain in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods.
  • Movement: The ability to execute repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers
  • including reaching or bending repeatedly.
  • Move: Ability to adjust or move objects up to 50 pounds in all directions.

Nice to have

  • previous experience working for a brand with similar values is a plus!
  • Previous experience running branded events is a plus.

Skills

  • Final salary or hourly rate will be based on a number of factors including level, relevant prior experience, skills, and expertise.

Compensation

  • This range is inclusive of base salary or hourly rate and bonuses or commissions.
