Create a memorable customer experience by cultivating, maintaining, and enhancing relationships in a assigned book of business through proactive outreach efforts in person, over the phone, or other channels as appropriate
Maintain working knowledge of products, services, and processes offered
Work collaboratively with internal partners to ensure customer's needs are met and all problems are resolved
Provide customer support needed reinforcing the value of current and new technology
Demonstrated ability to develop comfort level with both new household acquisitions and deepening customer relationships

High School Diploma/GED and 1 year customer service experience, or college degree or equivalent military experience
Experience in a sales environment required; experience in financial industry a plus
Ability to professionally represent Fifth Third Bank in verbal and written communication
Capable of analyzing credit and financial information
Exhibits business acumen
Demonstrated ability in making sound decisions
Normal office environment
Extended viewing of computer screens
Periodic travel within the Bancorp footprint to attend meetings and/or training

Total Base Pay Range 44,300.00 - 73,000.00 USD Annual
In addition to the base salary, this role is eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan, with any such payment based upon company, line of business and/or individual performance.
