Responsibilities
- Are you highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment?
- You will work closely with our General Manager of Projects and Customer Experience and collaborate with other inside and outside team members to meet and exceed sales goals.
- The safety of our team members and the public drives us daily.
- We are a one-stop shop, as our full suite of services ensures that we can manage projects from conception to completion.
Nice to have
- Proven experience in sales or a related field, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, ideally 2+ years of experience.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or HubSpot) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel).
- Demonstrated history of delivering customer-centric solutions to meet client needs.
- Exceptional ability to communicate, influence, and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in identifying, researching, and qualifying potential leads or prospects within a target market
- Effectively address objections, managing negotiations to close deals and convert opportunities into actual sales
- Strong customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Skills
- Client Relationship Management
- Work in alignment with sales targets set by the Regional Sales Manager to achieve and exceed them consistently
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products and services, maximizing revenue from each customer interactions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all external client interactions, ensuring superior account management
- Forge enduring relationships with clients at all levels, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor to meet their evolving needs.
- Quotes & Ordering Process
- Issuing customer quotes to our clients with accurate pricing and comprehensive information about our products and services
- Customer Growth & Analysis
- Analyze existing customer profiles to identify and focus sales efforts on areas with the greatest growth potential
