Why this job's a big deal: As a Talent Associate, you will play a key role in supporting our Talent Acquisition team.

Manage the global pre-onboarding processes for new Priceliners in collaboration with HR Operations and IT teams.
Handle event logistics for virtual and in-person interviews, coordination, administrative support and follow up while proactively problem-solving changes or issues as they arise
Our People & Culture and Legal teams make sure we provide a highly ethical working environment where everyone at Priceline can bring their whole selves to work and deliver their very best each day.

Proven academic excellence, evidenced by Bachelor's or higher degree.
1-3 years of experience in Human Resources, with a strong preference for experience in Talent Acquisition.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to quickly adapt to changing demands.
Ability to work autonomously and reliably meet deadlines.
Assist with various Talent Acquisition projects and tasks as required.

Experience working with international teams and managing relationships with global stakeholders is a plus.
