Responsibilities
- Own E&T scorecard and monthly Results
- Owns and maintains E&T skills matrix
- Identify E&T standardization, consistency, and implement best practices
- Coach and develop E&T Functional Leaders
- Facilitate E&T skill building and meetings on regular cadence
- Own, record, and manage Step-up card and qualification process
- Own and facilitate all computer qualification testing and training
- Owns master copies of all operator manuals, working closely with EO's to keep material up to date
- Maintains the Document control system for site
- Monday-Friday with flexibility to support operations during occasional evenings, nights, or weekends, based on operational and business needs.
Requirements
- Ability to work under limited supervision while managing multiple priorities and projects
- Experience facilitating meetings and presentation skills
Nice to have
- Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing operational experience or food manufacturing preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience leading, supervising, or managing others preferred
