Responsibilities
- We're building the future of how knowledge is created, shared, and experienced.
- Build and optimize the core infrastructure of our sales development engine, including sales software setups, cadences, messaging sequences, and calling scripts.
- A strong background in A/B testing methodologies, KPI tracking, and using data to diagnose bottlenecks and drive pipeline improvements.
Requirements
- Hands-on, practical experience successfully implementing AI initiatives or tools within a sales development context.
- You must be able to showcase and speak to specific AI workflows you have previously built or deployed.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment where you are writing the playbook rather than just following an existing one.
