About the role
- Collect, review, and analyze organizational data to identify issues and recommend solutions.
- Define the nature and scope of problems and evaluate relevant metrics such as revenue, staffing, and expenditures.
- Conduct interviews with managers and employees and observe operations to understand workflows and organizational culture.
Responsibilities
- This role supports government stakeholders by conducting research, analyzing operational and financial data, and preparing written and oral reports that guide decision‑making.
- Develop and apply mathematical models to support analysis and decision‑making.
Requirements
- Support implementation of recommended improvements when required.
- A Minimum of 3 years of experience in engineering/science management, operations research, or financial/cost analysis.
- Experience with Navy-based operations is preferred.
- A minimum Secret security clearance or higher is required to be considered for this position.
