- This is not a remote opportunity, candidate must commit to working onsite in our Kingston location, with hybrid options possible after six months of proven success.

Responsibilities

- Voyago, Transdev Ontario is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead the hiring efforts for a brand-new Student Transportation division in Kingston, Ontario.
- You will partner with leadership to understand recruitment needs, define job requirements, and ensure alignment with company policies and current legislation.
- You will own the full recruitment cycle, from posting job ads and sourcing candidates to securing top talent and tracking progress in our Applicant Tracking System.
- Primary Responsibilities Post all job opportunities and drive high-volume recruitment to ensure all positions are filled efficiently.
- Track and report recruitment metrics and progress regularly, providing analytical insights to support leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop and execute innovative social media and advertising strategies to attract candidates.
- Build local community connections and partnerships to support recruitment efforts.
