- The Production Clerk / Production Administrator is responsible for the accurate execution, validation, and control of all production related transactions within the ERP system (D365).
Requirements
- 2+ years in manufacturing, operations, or administrative role
- Strong understanding of data accuracy and reconciliation
- Employee must be able to carry/lift loads of up to 50 lbs.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

- Verify the accuracy of ERP system transactions by production employees
- Identify and correct discrepancies in material consumption, packaging, quantities and inventory records
- Production Documentation & Administration
- Ensure documentation is complete and audit-ready
- Order Processing

- Ensure label accuracy aligns with production orders and specifications
