About the role
- As an Opportunity Manager, you'll be a vital part of our Professional Services Team, reporting to the Manager of Professional Services
- You'll bring a problem-solving mindset and strong organizational skills.
- You'll be evaluated on proposal submissions, client satisfaction, and the conversion rate of new opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Pipeline & Client Request Management: Respond to client and the Client Experience teams requests for project work and proactively manage a steady workflow for the team.
- Solution Design & Implementation: Work with Subject Matter Experts (SME's) to ensure technical solutions are effectively designed and see them through to sign off.
- Revenue Management: Maintain work pipeline to meet monthly revenue targets and contribute to financial goals.
- Proactive Project Development: Continuously develop the professional services portfolio, improving and expanding client offerings.
- Migrating file/document platforms to the cloud
Requirements
- Oversee the delivery of some smaller work if required, such as consultancy engagements.
- Strong technical background and experience in solution design
- Strong client facing experience

Nice to have
- Systems Administration, Project Management, Account Management, or Engineering background preferred
- Project Manager certification a plus

- Must possess strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Cloud infrastructure migrations and Office 365 email migrations
