About the role

  • Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Duties and Responsibilities: % of Time 1.
  • Validation of Technical Instructions (Publications, Technical Bulletins) to improve the quality of the Instructions for Continued Airworthiness.
  • Daily communication with aircraft maintainers and AW maintenance bases will be necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Fleet Control Center with resolving AOG issues and providing
  • to liaise with and drive product improvements through the AW Design Offices.
  • Maintain a constant link with Product Support Engineering Italy to increase
  • Regular reporting to AW Product Support Engineering Management for
  • Develop maintenance, repair and assembly procedures for Operator issues that fall
  • design improvement.
  • Perform other duties and fulfill other responsibilities as assigned:
  • Support accident Investigation activity.
  • Develop Technical Presentations in support of Customer round tables, trade

Requirements

  • BS in Engineering Required
  • Prior aerospace experience in technical areas of rotary wing sector required.
  • Frequent Customer interface required.

Nice to have

  • A knowledge of Italian is a strong plus.

Skills

  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
