Responsibilities
- In this role, you will manage the preparation and implementation of complex Technical Assistance Agreements (TAA) and DSP-5s, oversee compliance investigations, and prepare voluntary disclosures.
- Draft, submit, and manage complex international export licenses, Technical Assistance Agreements (TAA), and DSP-5s.
- Manage internal compliance policies, processes and procedures, conduct compliance investigations and root-cause analyses.
- Collaborate specifically on issues related to export policy and export control reforms, intelligence activities involving ELINT or COMINT and technical data/technology control plans.
Requirements
- Regulatory Expertise: Deep, demonstrable experience with ITAR and EAR regulations, including voluntary disclosures and compliance investigations.
- Agency Relations: Proven track record of successfully interacting and managing submissions with DDTC, DTSA, and BIS.
- Desired Background: Experience or technical exposure to SIGINT and Electronic Warfare (EW) systems, platforms, and related export challenges is highly desired.

Compensation
- $185,000 - $230,000 USD
