Responsibilities

  • This is a high-energy, high-impact role. You'll own the full student journey - from the very first phone call to enrollment day - and you'll do it with urgency, warmth, and a relentless drive to hit your goals.
  • Drive the full admissions cycle: inquiry, appointment setting, interviews, application completion, documentation, and enrollment

Requirements

  • One or more years of admissions experience in a proprietary (for-profit) post-secondary educational setting preferred

Skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse audiences
  • Excellent time management and the ability to multitask effectively in a high-volume environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; comfortable learning new CRM and enrollment management systems
  • Flexible availability for occasional evenings and one Saturday per month
  • Work Schedule:
  • Monday-Thursday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
  • Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • One weekly late shift: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Monday-Thursday only)
  • One Saturday per month: 9:00 AM -

Compensation

  • Compensation: Up to $30.00/hour, based on experience and qualifications
