About the role

You will be the driving force behind a diverse portfolio of innovative events including executive roundtables, private client experiences, industry conferences, hackathons, and flagship summits.
From ideation to post-event analysis, you will have full ownership of our events function and be accountable for delivering measurable business results.

Operations & Planning Own end-to-end event operations, including detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management.
Build and optimize scalable processes and playbooks for event planning and execution.
Manage event budgets with full P&L accountability, negotiating vendor contracts and ensuring cost efficiency without compromising quality.
Build and maintain relationships with high-end venues, agencies, production partners, and key vendors.
Execution & Delivery Lead the planning and flawless execution of a wide range of events: executive dinners, private forums, curated networking experiences, hackathons, summits, industry conferences, and VIP client experiences.
Ensure every event delivers a premium, on-brand experience consistent with our enterprise positioning.
Client & Executive Engagement Partner closely with sales leadership to design events that support pipeline generation and relationship-building with key enterprise accounts.
Develop and coordinate executive-level programming including speaker sessions, panel discussions, fireside chats, and thought leadership experiences.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
7-10+ years of experience in B2B event marketing, field marketing, or experiential marketing, preferably in AI technology, SaaS, or enterprise software.
Proven track record of owning end-to-end event strategy, operations, and execution at a senior level.
Experience managing significant event budgets with full P&L accountability.

Experience in AI, data, analytics, or enterprise SaaS industries.
Background in account-based marketing (ABM) events and strategies.
Previous experience working with event agencies (external and in-house event/field marketing experience) ]]>
