Responsibilities
- Be the face of our firm on campus-lead, plan, and energize recruiting events like career fairs, networking sessions, and leadership programs across Michigan and Northern Ohio
- Partner closely with leaders across the firm to anticipate hiring needs and shape recruiting strategies
- Build meaningful relationships with professors, career services teams, and student organizations to strengthen our campus presence
- Support initiatives beyond campus recruiting, contributing to broader talent acquisition efforts
- A passion for building relationships with students and helping them navigate and launch their careers
- Willingness and enthusiasm to travel and maintain a strong on-campus presence to connect with top talent
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business, Accounting, or related field
- Experience (or strong interest) in early talent development, talent acquisition, or campus engagement
- A natural ability to connect, communicate, and present with confidence and enthusiasm
- Experience managing multiple recruiting initiatives, events, and timelines simultaneously
- Familiarity with recruiting systems and Microsoft Office tools
