About the role

Your primary purpose is to bring financial clarity and peace of mind to small businesses so they can focus on their passions and grow with confidence.
You will be a "builder," creating and proving out a new team model.
This role requires a challenger mindset and a comfort with ambiguity, as you will operate without a fully mapped playbook, making judgment calls and iterating as the model evolves.

Client-facing confidence - strong communicator who can manage relationships across a portfolio and set clear expectations.

Act as a bridge between strategy and execution -test, learn, and share insights to improve the pilot and inform broader adoption.
