About the role

  • This is a paid internship and the i ntern will assist lawyers in transactional, litigation and corporate matters.
  • Interns wil l work in person 1 - 2 days per week from the NYC office and re motely for approxi mately 15-20 hou rs/ week.

Responsibilities

  • Sony Corporation of America ("SCA") is seeking a Fall 202 6 law student intern to support the Legal, Et hics & Trust Department.

Requirements

  • Candidate must be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Ability to work independently and follow through on tasks until they are completed
  • Must be enrolled in an ABA accredited law school
  • If applicant is seeking course credit, such applicant must be enrolled in an ABA accredited law school internship/externship or clinical program

  • Minimum of 3. 0 GPA

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Requirements:

  • Available to work starting September 202 6 until the end of the F all 202 6 semester

Nice to have

  • Prior law firm/judicial internship or related internship experience is a plus
  • Experience in discreetly handling confidential information preferred

Compensation

  • $15k-$20k

  • Candidate must be authorized to work in the U.S.
