About the role
- This is a paid internship and the i ntern will assist lawyers in transactional, litigation and corporate matters.
- Interns wil l work in person 1 - 2 days per week from the NYC office and re motely for approxi mately 15-20 hou rs/ week.
Responsibilities
- Sony Corporation of America ("SCA") is seeking a Fall 202 6 law student intern to support the Legal, Et hics & Trust Department.
Requirements
- Candidate must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Ability to work independently and follow through on tasks until they are completed
- Must be enrolled in an ABA accredited law school
- If applicant is seeking course credit, such applicant must be enrolled in an ABA accredited law school internship/externship or clinical program

- E xperience/background/course work/other indicia of interest in the fields of technology, media, or similar industries
- Minimum of 3. 0 GPA
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Requirements:

- Available to work starting September 202 6 until the end of the F all 202 6 semester
Nice to have
- Prior law firm/judicial internship or related internship experience is a plus
- Experience in discreetly handling confidential information preferred
Compensation
- $15k-$20k
