About the role

  • The Office Coordinator will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing exceptional customer service while supporting daily administrative operations to ensure a welcoming and efficient office environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support Facility Resources with coordinating and managing deliveries.
  • Support company operations by maintaining office systems.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Provide general administrative support to staff and management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 1+ years of experience as an Office Coordinator.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications I.e. Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams.
