About the role

The Banquet Houseman plays a vital role in delivering exceptional member and guest experiences at our private tennis club.
The ideal candidate is proactive, dependable, and thrives in a team-oriented environment where attention to detail and pride in presentation matter.

Support transitions between multiple events in the same day with efficiency and precision.
Operational Coordination Collaborate closely with the Events, Food & Beverage, and Maintenance teams to ensure readiness of all event spaces.
Facilities & Maintenance Support Support daily facility readiness in coordination with Maintenance, ensuring club spaces remain event ready.
This position supports all aspects of event logistics from setup and breakdown to interdepartmental coordination, ensuring seamless execution of tournaments, social gatherings, banquets, and special functions.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the club's event calendar.

Previous experience in event services, hospitality, or facility operations preferred.
